Our Program:
Bus transfer from the airport to Bernkastel-Kues
on the Moselle River. Enjoy a 'get acquainted' tour of this delightful
Moselle town. Afterwards, you've got some free time and an opportunity
for lunch. Take a stroll through the town's winding alleyways and
visit the medieval marketplace. Or for example, take advantage of the
opportunity for a ride on the Landshut-Express to the ruins of
Landshut Castle and enjoy the magnificent view into the valley and
down to Bernkastel-Kues.
In the afternoon you board a Moselle ship. During the journey, you'll
experience passing through the valley lock on the way to Traben-Trabach.
Enjoy the fabulous landscape from the water, while the ship passes by
one quaint village after another sailing along through the many curves
of the Moselle.
Our winemaker in Traben-Trarbach awaits you at the docks and
accompanies you to the vineyard. Every guest receives a glass of
sparkling wine as a little 'welcome' gift. After touring the cellar,
get stuck into a hearty, regional Moselle cuisine meal from the
vineyard's kitchen.
Revived and refreshed, it's off then to another fantastic wine tasting
session in the wine cellar, entertainingly narrated and informing you
all about the wine, of which there is plenty to enjoy! The bus then
picks you up punctually from the vineyard. Return drive to Hahn
Airport.
