extraordinary wildlife parks.The "Deutsch-Luxemburgische Naturpark" (German-Luxembourg Wildlife Park) offers a great variety of botanical and zoological sights. For example 30 orchid species and more than 500 butterfly species. On top of that you'll find artifacts from 6,000 years of human history. Celts, Romans and early Christianity left their mark. The "Deutsch-Belgische Naturpark Hohes Venn-Eifel" (German-Belgian Wildlife Park Hohes Venn-Eifel) has an unmistakable charm. Extensive moor lands, forests appearing infinitely and deeply notched river valleys. 370 million years old coral reefs and their fossils will tell you the history of earth. |
